Fred is the Founder and Chief Alchemist of Green Alchemy, helping organisations cut through complexity and take a clear, practical approach to sustainability and ESG. With decades of leadership experience across the Middle East and Africa, he brings a grounded perspective that turns ambition into action and strategy into measurable result
Fred is the Founder and Chief Alchemist of Green Alchemy, helping organisations cut through complexity and take a clear, practical approach to sustainability and ESG. With decades of leadership experience across the Middle East and Africa, he brings a grounded perspective that turns ambition into action and strategy into measurable results.
His background spans high-risk sectors including rope access, construction and industrial maintenance, where he has led multinational teams, secured ISO and IRATA certifications and delivered complex solutions in demanding environments. This has shaped a safety-first, no-nonsense mindset that now underpins his approach to sustainability, making it operational, realistic and built for the real world.
At Green Alchemy, Fred works with startups, SMEs and industrial businesses to embed sustainability into core operations, from carbon and Scope 3 emissions to ESG frameworks and HSE systems. Backed by studies with the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, he focuses on building trust, driving accountability and creating businesses that deliver lasting value for people, planet and performance.
